IGCSE & GCSE Maths
Thorough one-to-one preparation for IGCSE and GCSE maths, the qualifications most international and collegiate schools in the Algarve work towards.
I prepare students for IGCSE and GCSE maths at both Foundation and Higher tier, across the main exam boards used by international schools. We focus on the topics causing trouble, build them up with clear explanations, then practise with past papers and exam technique until they feel secure. This is the top level I teach; I do not currently offer A Level.

Primary to Year 9 · Confidence & foundations
Key Stage 1 to 3 Maths
Friendly support for younger children, from early number confidence through to the algebra and topics of the lower secondary years.
Moving country or changing school can leave gaps in a child’s maths. I work with primary and lower secondary students (Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 3) to fill those gaps, keep them on track with their class, and lay strong foundations for IGCSE and GCSE later. Patient, encouraging and paced to your child.

Focused revision in the run-up to exams, built around your child’s dates and the topics most likely to come up.
In the weeks before an exam, the right preparation makes a real difference. We work through past papers, sharpen exam technique and timing, and practise the questions that catch students out, alongside simple, practical ways to manage nerves on the day.
